Instructions for the Saint Biography Card

Step #1: Go to www.misscantillon.com; Links; Religion.

Step #2: Download the Saint Biography Card sample to the Desktop.

Step #3: Go to one of the bookmarked saint Internet links and look for a picture of your saint. Hold down the mouse on the image and go to “Edit,” “Copy.”

Step #4: Open a Word document; insert your picture (“Edit,” Paste”) and center it (Go to “View” – “formatting palette” and click on “alignment,” choose "center").

Step #5: On the left side of the picture, write your saint’s name and date of birth and death in a text box. BELOW IT WRITE YOUR NAME IN A TEXT BOX!

Step #6: On the right side of the picture, type a direct quote from your saint (or, copy and paste from an Internet site).

Step #7: Insert a table with 2 COLUMNS and 9 ROWS under the picture.

Step #8: In the left rows write:

ü Row #1- PLACE OF BIRTH

ü Row #2- PLACE OF DEATH

ü Row #3- CANONIZED ON…

ü Row #4- FEAST DAY

ü Row #5- PATRON 0F ______________

ü Row #6- SOMETHING INTERESTING ABOUT SAINT _______

ü Row #7- SOMETHING SURPRISING ABOUT SAINT__________

ü Row #8- YOUR CHOICE

ü Row #9- 3 MIRACLES MY SAINT PERFORMED

Answer the questions in the column on the right-hand side.

Step #9: Find a prayer to your saint on the Internet and copy it into a text box at the bottom of your page.

Make sure all text boxes fit on the page!
