Responsible Behavior Awards 

Every Friday, give yourself a sticker on the yellow chart if you:

• had  your homework journal signed every day that week
• did not miss any homework assignments
• you did NOT receive a written warning or behavior citation
• YOU think that you displayed responsible behavior

*Every quarter, we will have an awards ceremony for the students who have shown responsible behavior AND for the students who have shown improvement.  I will use the stickers, my records and the behavior log on Teacherease.com to determine who will earn the awards.
